Message	sound system install but I see from the last 300zxclub posting that's the issue. I would NOT try to drill that hole larger -- too great a risk of getting a spark. Get the car off the ground and inspect that way. I'm betting the issue is with the tank - if it was a fuel line, should be getting the spillage all the time not just on tank re-fills. FYI: Dropping the tank isn't that easy either on the coupes -- whole rear end has to come off. Might luck out and be able to get a patch on the hole from underneath?
